The Jewish Federation of Greater Chattanooga is committed to supporting Jews in Chattanooga, Israel and around the world. The Chattanooga Federation is proud to give 50% of its Annual Campaign revenue to overseas needs. Our Federation has provided mission trips to Israel every other year since 2006 and it is a priority to connect community members with both the land and the people of Israel. Additionally, our Federation has a long-term relationship with Hadera-Eron in Israel – our Partnership2Gether community (P2G). Through our Shaliach program, we connect our community to Israel each and every day by having a young, professional, and enthusiastic Israeli in our community. When emergencies occur in Israel, the Chattanooga Federation is the first to respond. When needed, the Federation leads special fundraising campaigns to assist our Israeli brothers and sisters through tough times. Through our Community Relations Committee (CRC), the Federation also provides general Israel advocacy on a local, regional and national level.
